“My pick of the litter this month is Baron. He is our longest resident here at the shelter and really needs to find his forever home.  Baron is about two years old. He is an American Staffordshire and Lab mix. He is a very independent dog that really enjoys just lounging around in the yard catching some sun rays! While inside he is very content just hanging out with his people getting his head scratched and would probably be very easy to crate train. Even while at the shelter he has been one of our best dogs to keep his kennel clean so he would pick up on being house broken very easily. Baron would benefit from a quiet home that has limited traffic with new people and only older children.  If you are interested in Baron please fill out an application or stop on out to the shelter and meet this handsome boy!”

Visit the Cedar Bend Humane Society in Waterloo to meet Baron and fill out an adoption application. Our adoption center is open Tuesday-Sunday 10am-5pm.
