Medical Donations

The Cedar Bend Humane Society would like to thank everyone for there continued donations. Part of the donations we receive here go towards medical needs for some of the animals. Here are just a few recent medical cases we have had recently.

Rosebud

Rosebud came to the Cedar Bend Humane Society with a fracture leg. She had pins & screws put in her leg and is currently recovering from that. Rosebud is on pain killers and antibiotics and needs plenty of resting time. She will need to be rechecked by the vet before she will be available for adoption.

Keyno

Keyno came to the Cedar Bend Humane Society with a badly broken rear leg. He had to have his leg amputated and is currently healing after surgery. Keyno is on pain killers and antibiotics and staples come out 14 days after surgery.

Hamlet

Hamlet came to the Cedar Bend Humane Society with a partly amputated paw that was causing him problems. He had to undergo surgery to have the whole leg amputated. He is currently recovering and is on pain killers and antibiotics and will have the staples removed 14 days after surgery.

Again we thank you for your support with helping with the animals here at Cedar Bend. We could not do it without all your help and generosity!
