“Having a big soft spot for timid pups, Bash captured my heart immediately when he first arrived at Cedar Bend. Bash is a beautiful 2-year-old pit bull mix that came to CBHS as an owner surrender. Like many shelter dogs, he needs some extra TLC. On the surface, he’s a fearful dog but after getting to know you, he’s very sweet! Shelter life is stressful for Bash, but I know in the right home he could truly blossom into an incredible friend. Bash needs someone with a lot of patience, love, & understanding. He needs someone that can help him come out of his shell and become the confident dog I know he can be. To become his very best doggy self, he would need a home without children or other dogs. If you think you could change this sweet boys life, come out to Cedar Bend and meet him! Maybe he could change your life too.”

Visit the Cedar Bend Humane Society in Waterloo to meet Bash and fill out an adoption application. Our adoption center is open Tuesday-Sunday 10am-5pm.
