This month’s “Pick of the Litter” is Grover, chosen by CBHS Adoption and Kennel Supervisor, Abby Cresap.
“Grover was brought to us because the owner was moving and could not take him where they were going. The reason I chose him to highlight this month is because he was adopted from us in 2013 as a 5 year old dog and now he is 10. Senior dogs make wonderful companions and are often times over looked simply due to their age. Grover is potty trained and super easy going! He would make a great walking companion for anyone. I hope someone opens their home to a wonderful, deserving senior boy!”
Visit the Cedar Bend Humane Society in Waterloo to meet Grover and fill out an adoption application. Our adoption center is open Tuesday-Sunday 10am-5pm.
